I had never been to The Runnymede before but was impressed by the friendly staff all the way through from reception to nurses who looked after me before, during and after my procedure. The facilities were comfortable and clean. I was offered drinks and snacks. The room was a little cool on arrival and a plug in radiator was produced from a cupboard in the room and was hot within minutes.

The doctors and nurses explained clearly what will be involved in the operation beforehand. Timely information makes me feel safe and confident to proceed with it. The place is nice and clean.

Were you treated well by the staff looking after you?
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was due to one male member of the catering staff who portrayed that he would rather be else where. However he still did his job so it could just have been a bad day for him.

I was at the Runnymede Hospital for an operation to reconstruct my shoulder after a grade 3 seperation.
I have just finished 3 months of after care and every visit has been incredibly good.
The nurses looking after me after the surgery were amazing. Very easy going and nothing was a problem to them.
My physio Alison was also incredible and gave me brilliant instruction as to exactly what i needed to do at each stage.
The visits to see Dr. Polyzois were also brilliant.
I had all my questions answered perfectly.
All the visits were so easy with no waiting times at any point.
Every aspect was very impressive and i would happily recommend the whole team to anyone.
